CARD PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Online payments taken will be processed by WorldPay where your card details will be entered, and payment taken. Re-occurring debit card payments can be set up this way too, you may cancel this arrangement at any time. Card details are handled solely by WorldPay. NEFirst Union Limiteddo not store any payment card detailswithin our
systems.

Payment transactions are accepted in £GBP Sterling only.We accept a minimum payment of £5.00 and a maximum payment of £5,000.00 on our online payment system. NEFirst Credit Union do not accept payment using credit cards.

REFUND POLICY

Any dispute should be addressed to the Finance Manager at  Gateshead@nefirstcu.co.uk Outlining details of any disputed payment. For security purposed do not include specific debit card details in your email.

Please include your name, credit union membership number and contact telephone number. Alternatively, please contact us on 03 300 553 666.

A refund will be paid where an amount has been paid in error. Any refund is at the discretion of NEFirst Credit Union. Refunds will only be refunded using the card details used to make the payment or by cheque or bank transfer at the discretion of NEFirst Credit Union.

EMAIL ONLINE PAYMENT LINK

A payment link can be emailed, you will be re-directed to the WorldPay website where your card details will be entered and payment taken. Card details are handled solely by WorldPay. NEFirst Union Limited do not store any payment card details within our systems.

Once on the WorldPay website you will be required to enter some personal information including your name and contact details. Your card payment details are also required as you would expect on any online payment service. This includes your card number and security code. You may also be asked for further card authentication by your debit card provider.

Payments – Frequently Asked Questions.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Yes, you have 14 days from the date you signed the loan agreement to request a cancellation of the agreement. You must return the full amount borrowed under the agreement and we will then refund anything you have paid including any interest charged.

How do I get a refund?

You need to send us a cancellation notice via post to the address found on your loan agreement or via email to Gateshead@nefirstcu.co.uk Make sure to include your membership number, full name and address within the cancellation notice.

We will then contact you to arrange for the refund to be processed.

I’ve paid the wrong amount – can I have a refund?

If you have overpaid your account, please contact us on03300553666or email Gateshead@nefirstcu.co.uk within 14 days of making the payment and we will refund the excess payment.

How do I cancel my Continuous Payment Authority?
